Site Plot: 20 Years has passed from the golden age of Air Treks - Storm Riders are now one in dozens, reduced to a bare handful compared to the millions from the yester-days. With the Regalias nowhere to be found, along with the Kings who were in last possession of them, the future is a swirl of dark clouds for the Storm Riders.
It's a race between the G-Men, whose purpose is to erase the Storm Riders from existance, and the Storm Riders to discover the new technology of super-powered ATs first; whoever figures out the blueprints first holds the key to victory in this back-alley war.
