Kadaj pretty much stays in Midgar as well.
=o It'd be fairly amusing to see them interact - since the only contact they really had was when Vincent came to help Cloud in the Forbidden Capitol. Next to Vincent commenting on how Kadaj is a larval form of Sephiroth.
I'm open anytime~
