Angel of Death's Psyche: While Zidane holds to be the perfect Angel of Death, the rejected sister and brother both have gained upper hands. Kuja, with his magical prowess, and Mikoto, her power of psychic abilities. Passively, Mikoto can communicate to those she knows through their mind, no matter the distance. However, she can not read their minds. In battle, she can stop a move cold with her enhanced psychic ability. She will interrupt the last move made, making it null and void. Two options are then available:
If the attack is Heavy or under, then Mikoto will cause Significant damage using her powers. 7 post cooldown.
If the attack is higher than Heavy, then Mikoto will use her powers to bounce the same attack back at them. Once per thread.
Mikoto must not be in Trance during this ability.
