Weaponry
Hyperion
A gunblade featuring a pistol grip based on the Baretta M9. The blade features a hook at the bottom serving as a guard for his hand. From the hook, the blade curves back into a slender, double edged blade. This gunblade is light enough to be used with one hand, thus allowing Seifer to copy the fighting pose from The Sorceress' Knight movie.

Seifer's Necklace

Seifer was manipulated by Ultimecia by twisting his his romantic dream of becoming a Sorceress' Knight. She used this to control Seifer and set him against his former classmates by playing his affection for his childhood caretaker, Matron, and also using her magic to warp his mind. This allowed him to continue to follow her, shifting his alliance from Edea to any Sorceress that Ultimecia would possess. The magic she used was absorbed by the necklace Seifer wears around his neck, and now allows him to augment his abilities in different ways. Calling upon this magic, Seifer is able to increase one of four things. Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Evasion, and Defense.
Attack Damage increases, allowing him to do an extra 5 hp damage with normal attacks or abilities.
Attack Speed allows Seifer to attack an additional time in one post or can lessen the cooldowns of his other abilities.
Evasion allows Seifer to dodge up to two attacks in a post.
Defense lessens the damage taken from an attack in one post by half.
Signature Ability
Fire Cross
[Cooldown for all=10 posts]
1 hp damage and stun
Seifer unleashes a fire attack from his left hand, meaning to disorient and knock his enemies back or to the ground. If this move connects, he is set up for a follow up attack which he can devastate his opponent. This attack can be deployed against one or multiple enemies depending on which of his follow up manuveurs he plans on deploying. There are four different follow up attacks that Seifer can employ. These attacks cannot be deployed without a successful hit from his Fire Cross.
No Mercy(level 1)
Normal attack damage+5hp
After connecting with Fire Cross, Seifer spins Hyperion around while focusing energy on the blade. In this state, Hyperion takes on a viridian glow. Seifer then swipes his gunblade toward the enemy, sending the energy out as a swirling circular blade. This blade spins towards the enemy and flys into the air, dissipating after striking his foe.
Demon Slice(level 5)
Normal attack damage+10hp
Seifer again focuses energy into Hyperion as it takes on it's viridian glow, and uses his increased speed to spin himself. This forms a whirlwind around him that makes him seem like a wild tempest, flying towards his enemy and slashing them multiple times all while spinning his entire body.
Bloodfest(level 10)
Normal attack damage to all enemies+20hp[/i]
Seifer focuses his energy into his gunblade once again, then leaps into the air and slashes vertically and horizontally. The energy from his blade scars the ground beneath his enemies, creating a cross beneath them. This cross contains the energy within his gunblade and uses it to explode, dealing damage to multiple enemies.
Reverse(level 15)
Same damage the attacker would do to Seifer
This is the only ability that Seifer doesn't have to employ Fire Cross for. Seifer stands his ground, meeting his enemies attack as they come at him. As the attack strikes, Seifer uses their own energy against them, dealing the same damage that they would have dealt to him, back to his aggressor. (Note, this may not be viable for the board, I would like some input on if I can use this, if not, I can change it accordingly.)
