real big fan of yours ,
"I am the leading man, who else?"
quite the joke to you ,
"so, hon. welcome to the distorted world.
what's your name?"
"The leading man, who else? It’s Balthier. Charmed."
"ey, that's pretty cute. how old are you, and where are ya affiliated?"
"Twenty-two. As a Sky Pirate, I see no need to align myself. However, there tends to be better pay in Ivalice and I happen to have friends there.”
"young'un, are you? well then, i can deal. so... how bout you and me go on a date?"
" My. You certainly do cut right to the chase. I warn you; I’m fairly popular. ‘Tis not the first time I’ve held my dates with the Head Hunters." (Bisexual)
"aaand.. what is your specialization?"
"As the leading man, one must be adept in all combat fields, whether it is magik or weaponry. However, I am quite fond of my pistols."
"cool, cool. i guess youre a little talented filly? i like 'em like that."
"Do you now? Glad to hear it."
kissed me in your room ,
"and on to the second section! how tall are you, exactly?"
"You’ve got eyes. I’m quite sure you can use them. It does help when you have that measuring stick and all. What’s the fun of it all if I simply tell you?" (Six feet)
"ah, just three inches taller. hm. so, what's under your clothes? not that i wont find out for myself."
"As I’ve stated, you have the gift of sight and imagination. You may use them to your hearts’ content." (Lean, Muscular)
"okay, sorry. let's talk about some.. non - crude things? what's your personal style?"
"I wear what a leading man should. I rarely do change my outfit, however. I’ve grown rather fond of these. –fixes cuffs- However, if thrown back into that sty of a dungeon with those hamshanks, I’d expect a change in wardrobe."
"hey, you look like that celebrity... what was the name...?"
"Balthier. It comes to no surprise. The bounty on my head grows ever larger with each passing day."
"right! i remember now. you look just like them. except better, heh heh..."
"Those Head Hunters never did do a good job on capturing the good side of me."
replied i love you too ,

"soo, do you like or dislike anything?"
"Hmm...all Sky Pirates do like money, valuables, treasures, the sort. I am no different. I am also quite fond of my partner, Fran. Those whom I traveled with are also things I hold dear. Freedom is quite valuable to me. What good is a Sky Pirate with no sky, eh? Now then. I loathe Nethicite. Nothing ever comes good around Nethicite. It bears ill luck and trouble about. Head Hunters are never welcomed in my presence. Those hamshanks stink – far worse when they’re out for my bounty. The past is something I harbor with much disdain. I’d rather forget about it and be rid of it."
"ohmyjonas, me too! wow, thats such a coincidence. so have any dirty habits or secrets?"
"I have a habit of finding treasures and such. I find it quite often, actually. For a secret, every self-respecting leading man has them and aren’t inclined to tell. You could guess, I suppose. I also could always lie. Whichever holds to your fancy.” (Secret: He was a judge.)
"coolness, yo. umm. home dawg. anyways. describe yourself."
"What else is there to say? Your entertainment value is sorely lacking in comparison to company once had."
"like dude! we're so compatible..."
"If by compatible you mean we share the same sky, love of treasure, and holds a fairly large bounty on your head then yes, we are."
a little bit insecure ,
"okay, let's rush through this. i'm thinking dancing? then, we can talk about rooms."
"I would rather not bring attention to myself. A single dance could turn to be a dance of death. I would rather avoid death, thank you. As for a room, so long as it harbors no one whom wish me ill then I’m up for it."
"shh, if my boss knew about our secret romance... so. what's your heritage?"
"I had lost a father. Cidolfus Demen Bunansa, Draklor Laboratory’s very own Doctor Cid. Had, anyhow. I saw the man die before my eyes; the dead don’t start walking. If they do, tell me now. I’d loathe being surprised to see the dead start to up and walk."
"wow, your family would love me! have anyone else in your family?"
"I am the youngest of three sons. Whatever happened to my two older siblings is a mystery, even to me. I was never close to my family."
"oh. sounds horrible. haha. anything else important happen in your life?"
"Quite a story I have. Once upon a time, I was a Judge. However, with my father’s waning sanity to the stone’s power, I fled from my duty and became a Sky Pirate. Along the way I met my partner, Fran. When entering the ‘blood banquet’, we came across a mouse. Quite a nuisance at first I must admit. However, one thing led to another and we both suddenly became involved in a series of political issues, lies and scandals, and restoration of powers.
First are foremost would be the meeting of ‘Amalia’, or should I say, the Princess Ashe herself. However, we were caught and became acquainted with the Nalbina Fortress. Not my ideal vacation destination, mind you. We found a means of escape, but not before we ran into Basch, known kingslayer and traitor to Dalmasca. As usual, lies upon lies were stacked against an otherwise innocent man.
I fear Head Hunters have no shame. Being popular does have its drawbacks, I’m afraid. I managed to get a girl involved with my popularity and, with payment in hand, we went to rescue her. They placed the bait and we bit. However, not before having an additional member to our merry company. Lamont, or the Emperor Larsa. However, we went from one mess into another in search for the Dawn Shard.
Nethcite…might I remind you of it’s ill luck and troubles. We were captured. A Sky Pirate without a Sky…however, we were quick to escape. Quite a number of things happened along the way. Let’s see…ahh, the meeting within Bur-Onisauce and a surprise visit from the Rozzarian Prince, Al-Cid. However, Archades decided to make their grand entrance and attacked Bur-Onisauce.
At one point, I had to go back to my father where he was defeated. I do recall exchanging a few words, but it seems this ‘distorted world’ you mentioned has taken hold of some of my memories…or perhaps I had too much Bhujerban Madhu. The stuff’s strong, just so you know. I vaguely remember the rest; but I do recall I did what I must as the leading man. They never die, you know."
"hey, look! we're done. so, i would ask you on a second date, but i'm about to explode. no, really. please step back."
"An internal explosion or external? Either or, both can’t be good. I’d rather not need a change of wardrobe again. I bid you farewell."

rp sample. This was certainly quite a predicament he was in. The Princess Ashe – his friend from the past – had not only forgotten him but also forgot about her true title. Bathlier had to think quick on his feet, like he always did, for Ashe, now apparently Amalia once again, wasn’t all too thrilled about being called someone who had, supposedly, committed suicide.
“It is my memory, I’m afraid.” He started, placing a hand on his head. It wasn’t the best strategy to lie to her, but what else could he do? She wouldn’t believe him unless the King himself rose from the dead and vouched for her. Even then, he doubted the Lady Ashe would see that she was the true heir of Dalmasca. “I’ve heard that this ‘Distorted World’ messes with ones’ memory?”
Balthier sighed, mostly to himself. “I’m afraid it has gotten to me. The Lady Ashe had committed suicide, as the rumors go. But what is this about a resistance?” Balthier said, quite interested that she held her same intentions as she did when he first met her. He could possibly take advantage of this situation. Though not the most honorable thing, he decided to go with it. “Perhaps I can be of assistance. The name’s Balthier. I’m a Sky Pirate. For the right price, I may be able to help you.”
Would he harm the child emperor? No. That much was a given nor would he lie about being willing to assassinate the emperor. “How about that ring?” Balthier spoke, recognizing the wedding band that Ashe wore. He had taken it once; she could easily take it again. “Don’t worry; I won’t keep it. Until I find something more valuable, more or less.” Balthier assured her.
