MPLX Novasurge - A modified laser pistol that is standard issue for most combat situations in the Pangalactic Federation. Because of modifications made to the focusing crystals and firing chamber, it is more powerful than the standard model, but also uses up more ammunition. This sidearm is Maria's choice of weaponry for most situations.

-->Silver Pendant: A pendant given to Maria by her adoptive mother before the attack on Station Seventeen tore them apart. It gives Maria strength in times of need, and restores 10 health every three turns.

---->A starship formerly belonging to Admiral Ronyx J. Kenny of the Pangalactic Federation, the Calnus is an aged vehicle as it was thought to have been destroyed in combat in the vicinity of Planet Expel. How it came to rest outside of Cocoon is unknown. Given to Maria to carry out missions on Cocoon's behalf, the Calnus is equipped with pulse lasers, a stock of modified quantum torpedoes, and several mounted gun emplacements. The ship is powered by a heavily modified Mark II engine from early in the Federation's technological history. Though aged, the current modifications give it enough excess power to reach speeds previously unheard of for Federation vehicles. Unfortunately, many of its higher systems are unavailable, and it cannot leave the atmosphere until a proper crew is installed. As it belonged to the late Ronyx J. Kenny, it has great historical value.
Signature Ability

--->By utilizing her genetically imprinted symbol of Alteration, Maria is capable of infusing her shots with elemental properties in order to utilize magic (Purely cosmetic). It also allows her to greatly increase the potency of her laser pistol's shots, to levels unprecedented for such a small firearm. This manifests as her attack Energy Burst; Maria fires a beam from her pistol, which splits into multiple beams that home in on the target, creating something of a large prism of small beams. This attack does 30 damage to a single target or, if there is no single target, 20 damage to all enemies within a twenty foot range of the blast. Using this attack leaves Maria drained of a lot of energy, and can only be used once per thread.

--> Maria fires a delayed laser burst in a wide arc that, upon release, explodes violently, damaging enemies within the blast radius. Deals 20 damage to one target, or 10 damage to two targets.
