Goal of the fight
What Axel needs to prove to his summon is that he is like the flames he wields, powerful, unrelenting, destructive and selfish. All his Nobody life, Axel may have betrayed people for his own goals, those goals were always about someone else. Belias is tired of it, and tired to see a person with such potential for power, waste it so easily. While this can be translated easily as being a simple bash and attack, its not. Belias will cause Axel's Sig Ability (Prometheues's Theft) To be turned on towards the end of the fight, meaning that anyone else nearby will suffer for Axel's gains. If Axel can prove his worth of the power he wields then Belias will submit, in a fashion.
Summon Power
Belias can use fire magic and an attack called Painflare, it takes half of all the damage dealt to him physically and magically and deals it in one blinding strike of his flaming axe.
