Magical Item
Crystal: Noctis is the bearer of an ancient crystal, the last of its kind which his family has sworn to protect. It holds untold power the limits of which are currently unknown. Given Noctis' limited experience using the crystal, he is restricted to creating force fields that will shatter if put under enough stress. The field can only fully protect against own one attack at the most. Cooldown of 3 posts.
Signature Ability
Weapon Conjuring: Noctis is able to manipulate and summon weapons through his use of telekinesis. The telekinesis only applies to his person or “effects.” If a weapon is damaged or broken, Noctis can simply summon another. Duration 1 turn, Cooldown is 3 posts.

I'm not sure what the Signature Ability means. I understand he can do that in-game but in CC it's a bit different. So he can weild a weapon without a use of his hands or he can use the opponent's weapon against them? It needs a duration, as in, how long he can do it for. The magical item also really isn't a magical item since, though you state it has a power unknown, it doens't do anything specifically to help Noctis.
