VIRAL SMOKE: Causes Significant Damage the a single target and also inflicts Virus. However, this is not your normal Virus. It doubles the potency of black magik and arcane spells upon the inflicted user for one turn. Curable with only Esuna and Esunaga. 4 post cooldown

Magick cast at the afflicted opponent is doubled?
Or is it if the afflicted individual casts offensive magick, they take damage equal to twice that spell?

The wording has me a little confused. I get that you're stating it's curable, but what's with the second portion of the sentence?
and it's Esunaga xD but that's no biggie.

The second part I was drunk. -erases it- Yes to the second. It basically lowers the magical defense for black and arcane magik by half...thus, increasing the magical attack of black magik and arcane by double on the person o.o -changes stuff-
