{{I understand your busy with other thread at this time Kuja so take your time in responding to this. Just had the muse to begin it now so I will.}}
Having done all that she thought was able for the citizens of Baron she had deliberated on the news of a new monarch of the city of Alexandria. Knowing full well that this could be her oppotunity to open up a dialog of peace between hers and this new monarchs nations. As she had allowed a few Alexandrian merchants to set up in her city which she had hoped would of shown a olive branch to whoever it was leading Alexandria.
It was about a week after letting the merchants in that she learned the name of Kuja and that he was the power in Alexandria. Composing a letter to the man she introduced herself as the Queen of Baron and that she would love to come to and view the city some of the merchants had talked so fondly over. The letter ended with her saying she would arrive in five days upon the Enterprise her personal airship,
Loading the ship down with what she would need for the trip she would take off and follow the maps she had gathered toward Alexandria. Flying through the air she would be standing upon deck and staring out into the fog that seemingly covered everything minus the few cities she spotted.
It was not long before she saw the grand city of Alexandria in the distance. :: Well at least this Kuja has some taste. The city looks amazing even from this distance. I hope he is willing to meet with me despite the short notice I gave him... Oh well it seems that once again i dove into the pool headfirst. ::
The crew of the Enterprise easily maneuvered the smaller airship around and to the airship docks where they allowed the ship to be tethered down. Before exiting the ship Rosa would have her placed her crown upon her head, done up her own makeup, and got into one of the more formal gowns she owned. Rosa would then disembark the Enterprise and hope there would be someone awaiting her at the docks.

The castle of Alexandria was alive once again; guards ran the hallways while black mages tended to rooms making sure things were ready for there soon to arrive guest. The Queen of Baron was to arrive today, she had written some days ago to arrange to visit their grand city. Her letter could have no come at a better time; their bonds with the other kingdoms of the Southeaster content were at best weak. So having Queen Rosa visit them would indeed turn out to be a good thing, it would brighten the people’s lives to know that their kingdom was not forgotten.
Kuja was currently inspecting the kitchen, he had arranged for a feast to be prepared by the time she arrived. It was just another act in the grand schemes of things for Kuja, another person to manipulate with false words and fake kindness. Luckily Zidane would not be able to attend said meeting, he always had a habit of getting involved in matters he shouldn't. Once he was happy with the amount of food that had been prepared, inspecting each dish to make sure everything was displayed properly with the utter most beauty and elegance. Only then did Kuja leave the kitchen to go await the arrival of the Queen.
The silver haired genome walked the halls of his castle with grace, silken cloth would brush against his thigh as he turned corner after corner. To and outsider the outfit he wore may look strange, however to everyone who had ever met the man and anyone from his own world knew this was how Kuja always dressed. His clothing was of a personal design, it was elegant and beautiful and really was only suited for one person. Kuja ascended the stair case that lead to the Airship dock, the sound of a crew hard at work reached his ears even before he saw them.
Hands behind his back the silver haired Siren crossed the platform, drawing closer to the airship his sapphire blue eyes inspected the ship and all those who walked along the deck. Then he spotted her a woman with blonde hair, she wore a grown atop her head and a dress befitting of a Queen. Her clothing was similar to that of Alexandria, which allowed Kuja to know that her kingdom was most likely rather similar to his own. Pale pink lips pulled into a smile, it was fake of course was simply used to play his role. "Queen Rosa Farrel Harvey of Baron, I Kuja of Alexandria do welcome you to our grand city and do hope your journey was a pleasant one" his slightly feminine voice rang clear in the dock.

Awaiting on Kuja she would look against the hustle and bustle when she would notice the noble genome walking across the docks toward her airship. Seeing his appearance she would straighten herself up a little more as this was her first official visit in quite some time. As he approached she would meet him half way and seeing his smile she would return the smile and give him a small bow as she heard him greet her into the city. "Pleasure to be within your city Sir Kuja. My travel was uneventful as the Enterprise here is a sturdy airship and very reliable. I understand that you have recently come into power here on the death of the previous queen. You have my sympathies on that."
As Rosa spoke she would give off her air of familiarity with her role exude from within her. "If you would escort me I would love to see what your city has to offer. You are the closest kingdom to my own and I wish to establish friendly relations with everyone on this continent and make it so this Distorted World is easier upon us all."
With her words spoken she would begin walking into the castle looking back and forth at the architecture, the people, and occasionally out the windows at out over the city. "Your city and castle seem quite similar to my own Kuja... It is rather comforting."

Meeting with other royals or political leaders was always a wonderful experience; if Kuja had to describe it as anything he would call it a dance. There were certain steps that needed to be follow for if you didn't you could end up flat on your face, manners and etiquette of course had to be used at all times for impression were everything and no one wanted to stand with someone who treated them poorly. "It pleases me to here there was no trouble on your trip, if we had been informed of your trip sooner we could have arranged to have one of our own airships meet you halfway" he returned to bow to the visiting Queen, the dance had just begun and now the show would begin.
A pale hand would reach up to gently push his silver hair back of his shoulder; the sun light would catch in those strands of silver and almost shine. "To hear such words straight away surly makes my heart rest easy, your offer of friendship will of course be accepted by both I and lord Zidane" a hand would fall to his hip while the other would rest by his side. "The late Queen left both Me and her friend Zidane in charge of her kingdom, so of course you would understand that everything needs to be approved by the both of us but I can inform you that he does seek peace above all else so there shall be nothing to worry about" the silver haired siren would then turn on his feels to face the way he came, his head turned so he was still looking at the Queen of Baron.
"The kingdom of Archades was nothing like our kingdom, their technology was far more advanced and the buildings were made of metal it was a rather cold place. If only I had convinced the Queen not to go she would still be with us" he was leading this little dance, making it seem like he blamed himself for the death of the Queen he did so love finding new people to play with. With that he turned and began to walk back the way he came, through a set of wooden doors which would be held open by guards and left open until the Queen walked through. Next he would descend a stone staircase, the castle has lost some of its lustre recently due to the death of "Garnet" but it was expecting for a kingdom in morning.
Once Kuja touched down on the floor of the castle, the red rug that ran up the middle of the walk way was trimmed with gold. "If you would Queen Rosa, take your first step into our castle as our honoured guest" a small smirk would be hidden on his lips as she stood behind him, however unlike the last Queen he dealt with this Queen would very much come out alive for ever Kingdom needed some allies.

Ealking through the corridors Rosa felt a little bit comfortable within the halls and yet there was something nibbling at the back of her mind. As if there was something just beyond her ability to decipher the information given to her. When she heard him speak about having one of their airships meet and bring her here that way she felt a little unease on the words. "It would of been a nice gesture, but I prefer the deck and quarters of the Enterprise. It was built by the Royal Craftsman and he is a close friend of mine with whom I trust."
Quickly her words would come out in her way of taking the momentary lead inside this battle of politics. Listening to him speak she would turn her face to look at him move his hair out of the way and she would be watching his hands for any sight of movement for attack. Finding none she would not allow herself to relax more than in appearances sake. Hearing him speak on about how the peace would be accepted by himself and the other Lord made her give him a faint smile before turning her head back to glance out a nearby window out at the city.
Each word she would listen to and to her she could feel the hurt in his voice about how he blamed himself for the death of the previous queen. To her it seemed as if he was punishing himself almost 'too' much. Her mind had many years of political leadership behind it and there was more to the story than she was being told but she would allow most of it to just scatter to the wayside for now. "You speak of them as being technologically more advance than this wonderous country of yours there Lord Kuja. Then have you managed to find out how it is she died? Was it some unknown poison, illness, or something else that we both might have to worry about?"
Her words would come out as she made her way past Kuja and into the castle proper. She had no guards of her own following her as she had but one guard and she was on the airship doing the final inspection of it before joining her. Walking into the castle she would find herself entering the grand ballroom, ir at least that is where she assumed she was as it was decked out with all the finery expected of a royal visit. Looking around the room she would see servants mulling about with various trays of food and drink. Of course she would see what looked like some of the more well to do leaders of the country there as well, but her attention would not drift off Lord Kuja. "I must say quite impressive there Lord Kuja. Last I saw an event so grand was for my wedding fifteen years hence. So shall I assume we shall be having a feast and then get down to our formal talks in the morning?"
As she spoke she would walk a little into the room and after a few minutes a tall woman with white hair would walk up beside Rosa and speak to her before bowing out and leaving the room. After the other female in white left she would raise her hand up and move a lock of her hair out of her face as she watched the rooms bustle and hustle. "I would like to work on a single issue though Lord Kuja before anything else occurs. I would to have one assurance and that is your guards would allow my personal bodyguard be with me no matter where we go for the rest of my trip. It is just a personal request from one ruler to another as I assume you will have your own personal guard with you at all times during these procedings as well."

Kuja knew that not every person in this world was as easy to fool as the other; some took a little more effort while others feel all too easy. Judging from the way the Queen of Baron held herself it was easy to see that she would not be easy to trick, she would require a lot more work than needed when dealing with someone like Zidane. However the very idea excited Kuja a little, he was always looking for someone new to play with. "Why of course my Lady, please forgive me if my words implied something like that what I meant was we could have sent out some of our own ships to act as protection for your ships" a small smile tugged at his lips, it was not the normal smile that was on his face. This one was kind and warm, yet there was no real emotion behind it however the silver haired genome could easily fake it.
The castle had been cleaned more than once today, the arrival of another kingdoms leader inspired the people to work hard to make a good impression. Kuja had of course directed them with ease, making sure every task that popped into his head was attended to. In fact he had made a few of the maids clean rooms that had not been used in years, even the store room in the kitchen was cleaned until the floor was clean enough to eat off. The questions about the late Queen's death were expected, it was still top news that Queen Garnet had been killed in Archades. "Your kind words about our kingdom is heart-warming, it pleases me to hear that the Kingdom has not lost itself again. The Queen's death was solved right there and then, a vile of unknown poison was found in the room of two of the Judge Magisters of Archades".
Kuja followed Rosa into the Ball room, which was now filled with a large table lined with food and drink as servants walked around with trays of small finger food. The nobles of Alexandria were of course present, each one of them dressed in their finest clothing. "Lady Rosa we may attend to the matters of our kingdom whenever you so wish, if you would like to talk about them during the feast that is fine if you would prefer after then that is fine with me also I have made sure my schedule is rather empty while you are here". His speech was now much more formal; his tone slightly changed giving off an air of command and power. Which was expected of course, now that he was in a room filled with nobles of his kingdom he must be a leader, traditions needed to be upheld?
A woman he had never seen before approached the Queen; she spoke softly to her and left without making a scene. Kuja moved to stand in front of Queen Rosa, however he was not blocking her path he was merely making it clear that he was talking to the Queen and no one else was to approach them. "A simple request which will easily be allowed, do not fear to bring in your body guard no harm shall fall upon you or her" The silver haired siren gave a small bow of the head in her direction, just because this was his kingdom did not mean he could not pay her proper respect when it was due. "Now shall we take our seats, the nobles have talked none stop about how pleasant it will be to have a Queen back in these halls for however long you plan to stay". With that Kuja turned on his heels and walked away from Rosa, he moved between the few people with a grace that was all his own.
Kuja sat at the head of the table; the nobles began to take their seats while a single seat was left to the right of Kuja. And there he sat the Silver haired viper the man who single handily took over Alexandria with a puppet, not a single person in the whole room new the truth and they never would.
