The Mille Feuille -- magic item
At first glance this ancient and old tome is nothing but a worn leather bound book. In truth it is an ancient spell book, passed down through the generations of the Lock family. Within it's pages holds all the knowledge and power of Sophia's ancestors, powerful mages that at one time were said to weave powerful magicks. Sophia is far too inexperienced of a mage to harness the full powers of the Mille Feuille. Instead the tome's power manifests on it's own in the attempt to protect it's rightful owner. Every three posts all of Sophia's cool downs, except for her signature & sub-abilities, is reduced by one post. Because it is Mille Feuille doing this and not Sophia, this is magic item works as a passive ability. The magic item will not work for anyone excluding Sophia or a member of her family, due to it's magical properties.
Mille Feuille, or a Thousand Sheets, is an ancient leather bound tome laced with magic. The book has a small strap and lock, preventing anyone from opening the book. The book can not be burned, or destroyed. The magic is even powerful enough to prevent a sword or gun from destroying the book. In fact the only way to destroy it is if the owner consciously removes the magicks protecting the book. Thus it makes a wonderful defensive item as long as Sophia's has it. Often used as a small shield, Sophia has been known to use it as a bludgeoning weapon on occasion.

arcane influx -- signature ability
Sophia is naturally in tune with the magickal energies of the world. As such when ever she casts two or more spells in one post, she may cast an additional spell as if she was under the effects of haste. If Sophia is under the influence of haste then she has to cast three spells in a row, in order to use arcane influx. However the additional spell gains double it's natural cool down. For example if Sopha used protect, and shell she would trigger arcane influx. She uses it to cast cura, which gains a cool down of four posts. -- Two post cool down.
astra -- sub ability
Sophia may cast the unique spell known as Astra anytime by using one action. If she casts it on an ally, then the next debuff they are hit with will be negated. However if it is used on a foe the next buff the target receives will be negated. Astra will last until it has served it's purpose or is dispelled. Esuna, or dispell may be used to remove it. - 3 post cool down.
tough love -- sub ability
When ever Sophia casts a buff on an ally, buffs caused by signature or sub-abilities do not count towards tough love, Sophia may also cast the exact opposite of the buff on a foe. The foe's debuff lasts for two posts, and may increased by bad time. The debuff may be removed by esuna, furthermore the debuff may be "canceled" out if the opposite of the debuff is casted on the target. As stated before tough love will cast the exact opposite on the foe. So if Sophia casts protect on a friend, then an enemy will receive a debuff that decreases their defense by half. Or if she casts regen then an enemy will take five damage per turn for the next three posts. -- two post cool down
pure soul -- sub ability
At heart Sophia is a good person. She despises violence in all forms. As such Sophia may sacrifice her own damage to increase her healing spells. Sophia may trade away her offense in increments of ten, to increase all her healing spells and items by increments of eight. So if she trades all of her offensive powers away then she will receive a total boost of 80 to her white magicks and items. When Sophia uses pure soul is the only time she may increase/decrease her offense & healing. So while this ability is on cool down she is stuck with the values she gained. Pure soul may not be used to increase Sophia's offensive capabilities. -- three post cool down
