Magical Item
Raifudorinkaa - An elaborate, steel Tessen based war fan with outer spokes made of steel plates, which makes it appear like a normal, harmless folding fan.
Enemies struck by Mieko have an additional +10% physical damage dealt to them, which is transferred to Mieko herself, healing her.
Signature Ability
Sword of the Soul Stealer - Mieko channels energy into her wakizashi for a small while, after which the blade glows a misty sheen of purple. When Mieko strikes an opponent, for the next 3 posts, she gains 50% of the damage that is dealt to the target in health, and she takes 25% more damage from magic based attacks. These strikes strike for Magic Damage, rather than physical damage, and her base damage it raised to 10. [Can be increased if magic damage buffs are active.](Cooldown 8 posts.)

Just a quick question on the sword, is it all physical damage, all damage (It is possible to use the fan as the focus for her casting.), just her basic attacks and will it work with signature/sub abilities? Oh and does the life steal stack with OTHER life steal?
The Sword of the Soul Stealer has a few minor issues. Having a 100% life steal is terrifying. Period. You will have to lower this or add a major flaw to the ability, like decreased defense or restricting certain abilities, or drastically increase the cool down/decrease the length. Like the war fan, does this life steal stack with other life steal, and if so how does it stack? I don't really have a problem with anything else, so let me know when you fix the problems. c: |

The sword just deals physical damage alone. And yes, the fan will act as a focus (she will be wielding both the sword and fan in battle).
ALL life steal will stack with other life steal.
&& I fixed Sword of the Soul Stealer. Now whenever she uses it, she'll receive 25% more damage from magic based attacks. |

Yeah, that life steal is way too high. Reducing the damage bonus is good and all. But with her magic item bonus your life steal is what, 110%? That would make her health almost unmovable while she is dishing out some decent damage. The life steal for the signature ability HAS to be reduced., and if you are going to keep it any higher then 25% then you need to add a flaw to the ability, other then the six post cool down. (Which is fairly short considering how potent the ability is.)
Regarding the magic item, one of the life steal should be reduce a bit, by 5%. Because the fan serves as her "focus", like a wand, then it is universal on ALL damage. I would also suggest adding in the fact that it effects ALL damage that she deals. Including magics if that IS the case. If you keep the life steal to just physical then I'm personally fine with leaving it at 10%.

Awesome, you really cut down on your signature ability but a 100% is too high. I think with the disadvantages you threw in you can have it up to 50% max, which is still A LOT. Make that one last fix and your all set. Sorry for taking so long. |
