The sky was bright and cheery, white fluffy clouds slowly crossed the sky as the sun peered down from it's spot in the heavens. Birds flew across the skies to their next destination as a soft wind blew over the land below. A lone figure traversed across the lands stopping short as it came upon a city. A large city with several tall buildings of that out of a fantasy book!
Alexandria...
Home to many peoples and ruled by Queen Garnet- it was a lovely place filled with magic and vibrant life. For the figure, it was a good place to rest... The figure now seen as male- walked down the cobbled streets smoke gray eyes looking around in awe, with his mouth wide open staring at the beautiful city before him.
It was beautiful....
The man- was tall, he had dark mocha skin, with smoke gray hair and eyes. He was garbed in a yellow traditional shirt, with a large brown vest over it, a purple sash covered his waist as a pair of red pants covered his legs. Thick brown boots covered his feet while a thick brown witch's hat covered his head. Lastly a pair of black fingerless gloves covered his hands with his spell tome in hand.
His name was... well in truth- he didn't remember his name. For you see this lad suffered from Amnesia... He had no clue how old he was, what his name was, or who he was in the past... But something told him he didn't want to know... So- he decided to give himself a name- and as for now he went by Arcane- or Arc for short. The only name he could think of with his connection to magic.
Currently the young man was browsing a window of an old antique shop eyes wide and bright with almost childish wonder. As he pulled his gaze away he realized that he was getting hungry- checking his pockets he realized he had a few pieces of gald left and he grinned. Now where to eat...?
Walking down a road he still hadn't come across any sort of restaurant... "Maybe I went the wrong way?" He questioned sadly, before he blinked. Ah? Someone was there? Unsure but in need of help he called over to the person he had seen. "H-Hey! C-Can you help me please?" He questioned as he ran up to the person in hopes of directions...
Oh please please please say this person is nice! |

"Okay, just be sure to keep your eye out on the mist okay? I don't want there to be any ambushes."
Ouranus had been walking around in normal clothes, talking to the knights as she looked around cautiously. She had been helping more around the kingdom to be sure that it can be rebuilt. She had felt a new surge of energy after many things had happened. Above all other things however there were two things that stood out most in her mind: seeing for herself the queen of Alexandria being safe from harm for the most part and the second thing was the being known as Aggelos. She had been working on trying to understand him so that she could get a better idea how to get his aid in battle. He referred to himself as an "arbiter", but she had been looking through research of the eidolons of old. But even with the research she gathered, she had been having a hard time trying to find information on the warrior angel with the exception of Alexander. As she continued to walk, she then heard the voice of a man from behind. She looked at him curiously. He didn't seem to be around here. Either that or he had been trying to get his bearings after the Mist swarmed on the kingdom. None the less, the silver haired warrior was more than happy to help. Smiling kindly, she spoke with a kind voice. "Good day to you sir, is there something you are looking for specifically?"

"Y-Yes actually" He stammered as he looked at the ground fidgeting. "I-I'm looking for a restaurant... um..." Smoke gray eyes stared at the woman's amber ones as he played with his hair. "Could you possibly tell me where I can find one?" He questioned- "I seem to be lost... again." He muttered the last part quietly as he blushed embarrassed. He couldn't believe he got lost again! He was sure he saw the bistro when he entered the city! Ugh... darn his lack of direction skills... "I-It's fine if you don't want to help me... it's just- this happens a lot..." He said with a sigh. A lot was the understatement of the year... this happened constantly! Ugh... Goddesses! why him?! |

Ouranus tilted her head for a moment as she looked at him. He definitely seemed to be lost in the kingdom. Judging by the appearance of things, he didn't seem to be from the kingdom, or even from Gaia for that manner. But even despite that, she did want to help him. "I can help you find a place to eat." Her golden eyes shined brightly as she shook his hand. "It's nice to meet you none the less, my name is Ouranus and welcome to the kingdom of Alexandria...at least what remains." She showed him around the city, showing him different sights as she explained the situation. "We've been hit pretty hard by the Cataclysm, but still we're working hard to get everything rebuilt again. The only trick about this kingdom though is the Mist. You have to be careful because it is able to not only attract monsters, but in some cases it even warped some of the minds of the people here."
