And when you don't have a shoulder left to cry on,
I'll be the single thing you can rely on.
I promise I'll be there to catch your tears
as they fall..
Fang grunted as she made her way through the plains. She was beaten up pretty good, but it was not at all something she wouldnt be able to handle when she got back to Oerba. To put it figuratively and literally, she took a hell of a fall and ended up landing wrong after a Gorgonopsid pack attempted to follow her off of the ledge. In general, she had landed wrong and well, was getting back to Oerba with her loot in store. She'd found an elderly and sick Adamantoise collapsed in the plains and she helped it out of its misery and got a trapezohedron out of it in repayment, and then the Gorgonopsids had arrived and then. Well now here she was, almost home to Oerba and it felt good to bring back something other than a slab of behemoth steak or whatnot.
However, something caught her eye. A girl sitting alone out on the plains, wh-what was she doing out here? Fang stopped and made a beeline for the female figure and forgot about her day. Her heart sped up for some reason, it was as if there was some innate urgency she felt that was driving her forward until she found the woman in full view. It was Serah Farron, the sister of Lightning that she'd lead to Oerba. What was she doing out here? The urgency only surged into her as she ran faster. In ways it almost felt like she was going to fly right off of the ground at the speed she was running at. When Fang got to Serah's side though she wasnt sure what to do or say, but something wasn't sitting right in Fang's stomach about the situation.
"Oi.. you alright Sweetheart?"
She said, using one of the common nicknames she uses for people before sitting beside the Farron girl. Something was wrong, and well, if she was with Lightning, Serah was Family too. And Fang, Fang loved her family more than words would ever convey.
"It's me, Fang if ya don't remember me."
