Site Plot: In a small valley with three kingdoms,
there was bound to be conflict…
Set somewhere in 1211 A.D, Tres Regnum is a small valley created by the joining of the Evaskan Mountians and large Xanari Hills on the very border of England and Scotland. As the title of the valley suggests, three kingdoms reside here, small in size and community. The economy thrives between them all with a vast level of trade, also having partial access to caravans that bring items through a passage in the Evaskan Mountains.
With the population mostly in Valimor, with the other 50% divided up between Cadaver and Ferox, the kingdoms work as a vast triangle trade by ship, since it was the large Lake Xanari that connected them all. Docks were set up on shores of each kingdom, leaving for a perfect trading post if one did not dare to venture through the wilderness.
Rogues, nobles, sorcerers, farmers, mages, knights, scouts, and that sort thrive on the well being between the three diverse communities. Though once completely solitary from one another, after the epidemic of the Obsidian Blight, the people have something they remember together. It was a horrible day full of death and decay, but a good number made it through.
Seeking allies, many join one of the three factions – Mages Guild, for those who wield magic; Thieves Guild, for those that are good at blending into the scenery; and the Dark Brotherhood, the guild for assassins that have a knack for killing unnoticed. There are many that fit into these categories, though some are too scared to join, frightened of the burdens to be laid upon their shoulders. The guilds acted as a closer-knit alliance within kingdoms, yet proved hazardous since every guild was in Valimor, causing conflict and war within the vast territory.
However, the valley could not avoid the conflict between the kingdoms. Corruption within high ranks cause chaos, and those whom thrive in such a setting, only fueled the fire. Cadaver had prepared years for the war, slaving away in smitheries, forging weapons while its leader plotted and sought a worthy outside ally. Feigning alliance with its neighbors… it marches into battle, smirking with malice under gleaming helmets.
Other: What a lovely site you have! Honestly, if I had the time on my hands, I'd love to join o.o but since I can't I'd still like to affiliate and maybe drop in every once in a while, if that's okay
