The Wings Of Freedom Sings
Emptiness lingered within the pit of Miumi’s stomach, but as he traveled the emptiness seemed to change becoming a numbness that hurt worse than any wound that could be sustained on the battle field. In the distance he could hear the roar of thunder and the claps of lightning, but the question why was he going into the storm; because no one could see you cry in the rain. He could feel the hot salty tears welling in the corner of his eyes as he would grow closer. At first the frigid droplets felt like little shocks when they made contact with his skin; the first few made him yelp and shiver. He could feel the cold droplets mixing with his hot tears and he realized that he could feel something; the coldness of the rain but that was enough for him at this point. The sable veil of his chunky layered hair would fall flat in the barrage of droplets. He just smiled as his porcelain pale doll-like fingers would extend into that mess of wild hairs and rub and shift it around vigorously. His ghastly icy blue eyes, which bordered the the essence of white were focusing on the horizon.
As his eyes would widen the vibrant streaks of green, grey and even yellow could be seen as he strained them to see a shadow in the distance; it was a town from what Miumi had gathered. He would pivot on his foot just as it sunk into a muddy pit and he would have to wrench it free. Miumi looked down at one of the puddles and saw how strange he looked. His teeth were strange a hybrid of human and beast almost wolf like by the anatomy. His tongue would peak out running along them feeling the sharp edges graze such sensitive flesh sent shivers through his body, but the eurphoric rush came when his hot tongue would press against the cool metal twisting it idly. His stlye had changed once again Miumi had stopped in one of the more popular stores and bought a variety of new clothing which he was keeping in his backpack as well as his scythe which he had heavily modified so it can collapse like Lightning’s gunblade. He would allow his hand to come up brushing a few strands of his wet hair from his sickly pale face.
He would walk the small button up shirt that clung to his body was undone on the last few buttons allowing his pale mid-drift as well as a scar on his stomach to be visible; the scar was a darkened broken heart like symbol which was truly just dead skin, as it was nothing more than necrosis. He would also adjust the checkered mini skirt and the tights he had taken to wearing the occasional jingle of the chains and rosaries that hung loosely from his waist. The various belts which framed his narrow waistline also were rather imposing it looked like he had something orbiting around him from the way they were laced into miss match holes. The darken leather sandals which ensnared Miumi’s legs; but at the moment had begun to rub the skin of the inner leg and ankles raw from the leather shrinking ever so slightly due to the rain. When he moved his legs though a variety of bangles jingled with an almost care-free nature that made Miumi smile as he would grow closer to the town noticing the rat like creatures move in a an almost rehearsed fashion that was their daily routine.
Miumi didn’t have much money anymore so he was forced to take refuge under the sanctuary of an over hang of one of the buildings he got a lot of weird looks as he sunk to the ground sitting in a puddle and he would just bring his arms carefully around his legs trying to keep warm. “ ….?” “

The city of Burmecia was trapped in a constant storm; it rained day and night while the sound of thunder was nothing but background nose to its people. Even the people of this city were a site to see, a race of humanoid rats walked the streets day and night. It was for these very reasons that a young raven haired youth had come here, to investigate the new lands for himself and also to see what wonders they might have to offer. The journey had opened his eyes to just how different the world was now, outside of the city walls it was nothing like the land had once been. The towns and cities he had passed through were nothing like the ones he knew, some looked like they had come from a fairy tale.
The storm that the city was forever trapped in was not as bad as some said, he had heard tales of harsh winds and rain drops that felt like bullets of ice hitting your skin. Suiauthon found it to be more relaxing then anything, the way it almost washed away your problems. He was currently walking the streets of the city, his violet eyes studying all those around him. Being in an unknown land was still slightly unsettling, letting your guard down in a place you had never been before could result in death. Raven hair stuck to his face, heavy from the weight of the water it had gathered during his walk around the city. Every now and again small drop lets of water would run down his face, running to the edge of his jaw line before they would fall either to the ground below or onto his clothes.
The high collared black cape protected his clothes from most of the rain; however it seemed that no matter what in this city if you walked the streets you would get wet. Turning down into another street, this one was a little more deserted than the others. His violet eyes fell on that of a young human youth, currently sitting in a puddle under one of the building over hangs. He watched as the people of the city only glanced at the outsider, he knew that feeling it was the same feeling he got however their eyes would always fall to the sword at his side. Growing tired of watching as no one offered the youth any help, he decided he would have to be the one to help them. Gloved fingers brushed some of the raven strands away from his eyes, as beautiful as the city was the rain could get annoying sometimes.
He approached the other carefully; he didn't wish to frighten them. He wouldn't admit it out aloud but the current position they found them self-reminded them of him when he was younger, with no money to his name and forced to just take shelter where ever he found it. Standing under the same over hang as the other, he knelt down onto his knees to bring him more close to their eye level. "It troubles me so to see someone of your age sitting in the streets like this, allow me to introduce myself I am Suiauthon Myrte Shariijh" his voice was smooth and tender, it invited people in and made them feel welcome.

The Wings Of Freedom Sings
He watched from narrowed lack luster frigid eyes; which were so faintly blue they were almost white. His eyes would look down at the puddle as he listened to the hustling and bustling of the city around him and he realized for the first time in a while how trivial his existence was; this was how he felt before he had met Agana, but even she had disappeared maybe those monsters had something to do with it. He silently vowed revenge and would hunt down that so called Messenger and make him pray for death; but Miumi was a sadistic person he would just keep denying it. His fingers coiled tightly inwards on each other till his nails dug into the soft flesh of his hand leaving fine crescent moons were imprinted upon his porcelain doll like hands. It was hard to believe such a pathetic little child used to work alongside someone who was deemed worthy by the Calamity; despite that he could never turn his back on people in trouble. He briefly thought back to Maqui’s smiling face and it filled his cold body with slight warmth; it satisfied Miumi’s insatiable hunger for the moment or maybe it just curbed his appetite.
The rain would of masked the other’s scent and the sound of their footsteps; but it didn’t mask their presence as there was a ripple within the puddle that signified their approach. Miumi’s hand would slide down to his sides before one would gently curve behind his back silently coiling around the weapon that remained hidden. His hand would press itself against the cool metallic collapsible shaft of his blade while he would slowly look up. He was trying to judge the other; for any sign of malicious or deplorable signs. His eyes quickly took in the other; as that was what they were trained to do, but he couldn’t notice much no signs of blood, no weird signs which could of pointed to drug use. While he couldn’t feel any aura radiating from this one so he would allow his hand to grow lax and slide against the ground. When they knelt to make eye contact with Miumi they would quickly realize Miumi wasn’t one for it; as he would avoid direct eye contact but would stare at the walls behind him. When the other introduced himself Miumi would look blankly at him for a moment.
Miumi allowed his tongue to snack out pressing the hot flesh against the chilled metal of his lip rings before he allowed a soft child like voice to permeate the air like a fine perfume; which was rather rough and hoarse from the journey and the sting of the chill. His name was followed by a low grumble from his stomach but Miumi didn’t show any signs of hunger yet, he was used to starving and hunting for his food.
“ Miumi… Harou…” “

His violet eyes inspected the youth before him, delicate doll like features with dark hair framing their face. On first glance the youth appeared to be female, however when one looked a little closer one started to notice things you could not notice from a distance. The structure of his face gave it away ever so slightly, not something any normal person would be able to notice. However Suiauthon was trained to read body language, also being a person who specialized in Green and Time magic he had a keen eye for picking up subtle things. The raven haired solder would say nothing; he would never judge someone for what they wore or how they looked. When the other spoke with such a sweet voice, it was easy to see how he could pass for a girl. However one think troubled him, the rough and hoarse undertones of his voice were surely a sign of weariness.
"A pleasure to meet you Miumi, a young boy such as yourself should not sit in the mud like that you may ruin your clothes" his voice was still smooth and tender, violet eyes held no sign of hatred or anger and all in all he gave off a rather calm and collection persona. He glanced around the streets for a moment seeing if anyone was looking at them, still no one came to help a youth in their city even if it was an outsider something like this should never be ignored. Gloved hands reached to undo the golden clips that kept his high collared cape attached to his uniform. Once it was detached he held it out in front of him, the cape was rather warm and was perfect for places like this it would completely cover the younger ones body from the rain and prevent further illness.
"Here take this, it shall keep you warm and safe from the rain" he did not thrust it upon the other; he would happily wait until they took it from his hand. The kindness of others was something hard to come by these days; it seemed that these twisted worlds had brought much chaos and hatred with them. People feared each other each and every day, outsides were treated like this poor boy and some were even chased away from other cities. It disgusted him that Archades had become part of this, he would not allow for his kingdom to become further twisted anymore.

The Wings Of Freedom Sings
War made even the sweetest of people become callused; he chose to belief that if it weren’t for the conflict and distrust from Calamity and other events that they would of helped him but the fact they didn’t at this moment saddened Miumi. He would just look at the other his eyes occasionally darting around as if looking for something or someone; he was panicking for some reason. It was because Sui was the second person who had helped him since he had emerged from the darkness; he didn’t wish to feel weak though but he knew if he had to sleep in the cold rain he would get sick or possibly worse. When they offered the cloak to Miumi his hands would gently extend but they kept flinching backwards as if he didn’t truly want to accept it. He had always been able to support himself never once had he ever needed anyone besides Agana, but he no longer had her.
He felt pathetic as his pale fingers would clasp down onto the cloak slowly pulling it back to himself. He would tuck it over his head and slowly adjust it so it became almost like a cloak over his petite body as he looked at the other; Miumi’s eyes kept watering and his vision blurred. He felt sick for accepting the help of this man, but he knew he needed it which scared him. His whole body would occasionally shake and quiver as sobs would rake his small form. His one hand would punch the ground with enough force to cause a resounding crack as his knuckles popped in and out of place. He just shook and quivered as the cloak provided him a sanctuary from the cold rain. He would rise and bow his head slightly to Sui, not sure of what to say.
“ Thank you…” “

The rain that ran down his face was cold; it provided no warmth and would probably do nothing for his health. However there was no feeling of displeasure, in fact it brought him a sense of security. The rain could hide your tears, and almost wash away your problems as it ran down your body. It was what the raven haired solder had come to believe so many years ago, he had not forced himself to believe it either he was something he came to understand all on his own. As his eyes watched the youths body movements he noticed the flinching, a tell tail sign of either fear or some sort of internal struggle. A soft sigh fell from his lips, not one of frustration one more so of understanding. He knew all too well what it was like to be alone, to always try and stand on your own two feet not wanting to accept help from others for fear of showing weakness.
The cape was taken and wrapped around the others frail body, a body that needed protecting more than his own did. "There that should provide you with some warmth while we find the Inn" there was no question, nor was his voice overly forceful he stated it in such a manner that let Miumi know he would not be sleeping on the streets tonight, yet gentle enough so he knew Suiauthon would not force him into anything. The Archades solder stood back up straight, his eyes however never left the younger one the sobs were known but he did not wish to point them out for the moment. A single gloved handed was extended out for the other to take, a small smile pulled at his lips yet his eyes held no trace of anything he was a complicated man to read sometimes.
"shall we walk with our heads held high, a youth with such beauty should never sit in a puddle and hide away why I think you could even bring some women to shame" a slight flash of teeth, a little cocky grin slipped into the mood.
