He was breathing heavily, his back bent forward a little bit and his knees. Why did he go on this journey he thought to himself. It was not the fresh air, he got enough of that on his travels. "I guess it was to see the chocobo's". Speaking softly to himself, standing up straight wiping his brow from the collected sweat. He removed his hat and started fanning himself with it a bit to help cool himself off. "It should be close I would think. At least that's what the information guy told me. Walk through the woods so long in a straight line and you will eventually find a clearing". Placing his hat back on looking around him to make sure a monster was not stalking him.
"I really hope I have not been walking in the wrong direction the whole time...that would not be fun". Taking a moment to think about what to do next he decided to roll up his long white sleeves to air out some of his body. A formal suit was not the best attire while traveling. Joshua started walking forward again hoping for the best and that this was the direction he wanted. Another hour or so was spent walking in a straight line off in the distance he heard the distinctive.
"Qwark"! His head perked up and eyes widened knowing that was the sound of a chocobo. Feeling he must be close to his desired location he started running. The cracks of broken twigs under his feet would most definitely scare off any chocobo that was not brave but Joshua could not help himself, excitement took over and he just had to see it. Running as fast as he could he past the tree line and ended up into a clearing. He stopped in his tracks as a chocobo looked up at him and ran off around the big tree in the center.
"I made it". He let out a sigh of relief. "I finally managed to find it". He looked up at the giant tree that sat in the center of the clearing. The way the tree line was it seemed like it was a giant circle. It stuck him as odd, believing that the Chocobo's must have just stamped it down until it naturally became a clearing. Joshua had to lean back a bit to see the entire height of the tree. "Wow". He walked forward, going to take a rest at the tree before deciding to walk around the entire thing. Other than the one chocobo he could not see any others running around was it because he scared them?
