Baronians and Burmecians were mixed in the town of Baron. Freya upheld her words that she would send aid to re-build Baron. She had placed an ad and some others outside of Burmecia and her loyal followers wanted to help in the relief aid. This would strengthen the bond between Burmecia and Baron for sure, but also it would see Baron to it's former glory.
Even with the dual-help, there were things that no Baron nor Burmecian had time to help with. The little stuff. A child was crying due to the fact her favorite stuffed animal was still under the rubble and, no matter what her mother did, she wouldn't stop crying at their torn down house. Another would be a man realizes, after single-handedly building a faction of his house, he needed some wood and stones to complete his building, but too tired to continue his search.
His wife and daughter, who was an infant, could only stare helpless at their tired care-taker. The final job that no Burmecian nor Baronian could handle was to keep the orphanage in line. Kids continued to wander outside the still in place orphanage and continually harassing other workers, but they were quick about not getting captured.
[THREE MISSIONS:
Capture the Oprhans! Find the Teddy! Gather wood and stones!
These may be taken separately by each person or, to finish it faster, may end up in pairs or all three of you. ]

Ouranus watched as the child began to cry and then nodded her head. She had wanted to help out with the relief as best as she can. Baron looked like it had been ravaged like Alexandria. She had wondered the reason why, but that is beside the point. Ouranus had always began to get to work with trying to searching for the bear. Though it might seem strange to cry over a stuffed animal, Ouranus knew better. The bear is kind of like a sense of security, a symbol of whatever good memories that she had. Ouranus had the same thing, but instead of being a stuffed animal it was the crest and sword. So Ouranus began to sift through the rubble, looking through the stone to locate the bear for the child. It wasn't much, but to Ouranus if she could give the child a small level of solace, perhaps that could be enough to get the ball rolling.

Noel walked down the small street leading to the orphanage, apart from the sound of structures being rebuilt and children playing, all was quiet. He hadn't gotten the full details as to why Baron was in tatters, but then he didn't know much about the world he was walking in anyway. Ever since he had gotten off the Central continent, stowing away on an airship, Noel had been searching for a remnant, something to link him to his past. Every so often he got a glimpse, a flash back, but it was muddled making no sense. The only things that were tangible about his past were Moogle and his language. Ever since meeting Serah at Balamb Gardens, Noel felt his anguish of his amnesia, slowly start to fade away. Being replaced with a hope of sorts. He would always aim to find out about himself, but for now he wanted to focus on learning about the world around him. He looked up into the clouds, watching their dull grey form, shift and change. It seemed that rain was on its way, when he couldn't be sure.
Noel reached the front, or what was left of the gate. Piles of rubble, scattered around, children played admits it, though not all were happy. Most had a sullen look on their face, upset that they had lost toys, clothes, even friends. Lost in his thoughts, Noel almost jumped when he felt one of the children bury their head in his clothes. The child seemed to be on the verge of crying, something that Noel himself wasn't good with. Putting his fingers to his mouth, he let out a sharp but clear whistle, which seemed to echo over the premises.
"Kuupoopooo"!
The distant cry of Moogle speeding towards him allowed Noel to relax a bit. The child looked up at him in wonder, wiping away his tears as he waited to see what would happen. Other children watched, waiting in anticipation for some sort of miracle to happen. While it wasn't a miracle, it sure did lift their spirits, as the small cuddly ball of fluff, whipped past Noel and flew in the air around his head. The children's faces turned into brilliant smiles as the Moogle flew above and around them.
"Keep 'em occupied will ya, and make sure you sweep around the whole area! I want these tykes to be so tired from chasing you that catching them will be a cinch"
He winked to the Moogle as it understood his orders and began its round robin trip, playing with the children and showing off its skills to keep them interested. It wouldn't last forever, but hopefully he would be able to do what needs doing by the time the children grew bored or tired of Moogle. Noel walked into the grounds and nodded towards the girl shifting the rubble. Without saying a word he removed his weapons, planting them in the dirt nearby, before lifting the heavier bits of rubble, working in unison with the girl.

Serah was already at the orphanage, crouching to the kids height. She gave them smiles and gave them things she had to play with, like her necklace or her bracelet. She found some harmless pieces of wood, and took some stones as well, She built a little play area, and eventually the orphans started to be rounded up into the area by the efforts of both Noel's Moogle and Serah. She gave the other workers a smile, happy to play babysitter as they did the hard work.
The only problem, though, was that not all of the children were easily rounded up. Some were still out in the rubble, and Serah nor Moogle could leave the area unless they wanted all hell to break loose on them. She turned to the Moogle, and quietly whispered. "Hey, could you get the children's attention by noise? I don't know what to call them."

A woman so kind to go through the rubble. It was within luck that the child's stuffed animal wasn't actually that far off from the surface, but it was under quite a heavy piece of roof. But it's brown stuffed arm was hanging out, waiting to be rescued by Ouranus. The mother continued to attempt to comfort her child, but even with the comfort and the newcomer, the child continued to cry.
It was a smart tactic; Noel used his companion to work on one mission while helping with the other, which quickened their work to the teddy bear. The heavy weight was gone, leaving the teddy bear in full sight, and obtainable. When either party chose to pick up the teddy bear and give it to the crying child, she was stop and immediately hug the teddy bear.
The moogle and Serah worked together to try to round up the kids. While most of them stayed in line, there were still those who still wanted to play, most likely to shut out the bad memories. But even so, they were disrupting work. Most of the kids were distracted by the moogle already, stopping their shenanigans temporarily to see what the moogle would do.
There were two, however, that could see right through the ploy. They stayed away from the moogle, not matter what the moogle did, climbing on top of the rubble of some parts of the orphanage, though still mostly in tact, as they stared at Serah, sticking their tongues out immaturely, as if saying 'come get me!'

"Rebuild the soul, then rebuild the body..."
Anyone could be able to rebuild a city. Buildings could be restored, farms resown, and even weapons reforged. But people are a different thing entirely. She saw a little of herself in the small child. As the rubble got cleared, a smile formed on her face as she reached out and grabbed the bear without any effort. Grinning, the silver haired girl walked to the crying child as she then knelt down in front of her and placed her hand on the child's head. "It's going to be okay, see?" Ouranus smiled sweetly as she then presented the bear to the child. Upon giving the bear back, she waved farewell to the child and went to the boy who had been able to help her out. She still had the same kind smile on her face as she looked at him. "Thanks for the help, do you need me to help you in anything in particular?" She was thankful for the assistance and she had wanted to return the favor in anything that he needed help with.

Noel wiped the sweat from his brow as he put down the heavy piece of rubble. He hadn't noticed the bear's arm, so it was lucky that he chose to start where he did. He couldn't help but feel pride at helping return the teddy bear to the little girl. He could see that her mother was close to breaking down into tears herself. She looked like once she was fantastically beautiful but sleepless nights in fear and a food shortage had changed that. His attention was diverted to Serah, whom he hadn't seen in a long time. Just like before she was eager to help, even if some people didn't want it. The thought brought a smile to his face; before he looked to the girl he had been helping.
"It's no problem, everyone's gotta pitch in right?"
He smiled as he gave her a thumbs up. He didn't do it often, but seeing the situation they were in Noel couldn't help but try and 'bolster' everyone's spirits somehow.
"You know you could help Moogle catch the ki...."
Noel's eyes darted around, focusing on the kids on top of a large pile of rubble. They were quite high up, which was making him worry. Without finishing his sentence Noel jogged off towards them, keeping an eye out for any slip ups or faltering bits of wall. It all seemed fine, but he couldn't help shake the nagging feeling at the back of his head.
Moogle darted around the little 'play pen' Serah had constructed, keeping the children entertained whilst Noel got on with his work. But it was pretty tiring, with the little tykes showing no sign of really getting tired. It was almost tempting to allow itself to get caught, but Moogle knew what that entailed. Grabbing, being stroked the wrong way, getting crushed between bodies. It noticed the two children climbing the wall, probably waiting for it to fly close by and catch it. Leaving it alone seemed the best course of action, but Serah had other plans it seems. With a reluctant nod, the Moogle darted out of view circling the orphanage before coming up behind the kids. Noel watched Moogle fly around, and knew instantly that his gut instinct was right and started sprinting
"KUPOPOOO!"
Both jumped shocked that they had been sneak attacked. But a little boy slipped on a piece of weak rubble and began to fall. Quickly with all the strength he possessed, Noel dived to catch the child in his arms, instantly rolling himself around the kid to protect him from the impact. As his momentum carried them into another pile of rubble, a wooden beam glanced the back of Noel's head. The pain was brief but flared to cover the entirety of his skull. He felt his body fall into hard bits of stone and rubble, but his senses were getting duller by the second. By the time the pair had firmly stopped moving Noel was unconscious.
