Mikoto has little to no emotions due to her time in Bran Bal. So I need some people to help her out. She needs maaaaajor character development and, to be honest, I'm excited for where she will go~

With emotion? On principle, Ven is perfect for that job then. Plus he's everywhere.
And if she wants to hang out in Archades, Fayt and Larsa will do their parts.
Josh, Light, and Ladtren wouldn't be good matches though, not yet, I'd think. |D Unless she wants to learn to be - a prick - a soldier or - a ho.
