He was a cute bunny. Nyght currently was waiting for his blind date, holding a bunny. Nyght loved his bunnies. He continued to stroke it's fur as Nyght stared lovingly at it. There was one problem though. First of all, there was no head to the bunny. This would also mean, but the bloodied neck, that it was a real bunny and it definitely was dead.
"Present, yes? Bunny...good bunny...you make present. Girl? Boy? Don't care. Bunny good. Yes? No...? Yes!" He spoke to himself in his strange primitive language. Nyght wondered if he should give this bunny to his blind date. He might not even like this date, or like the person, or like them blind. He wodnered what a blind date was, briefly.
He was educated, somewhat, but a blind date was new to him. "No. Nyght not give gift. Hop bunny." Nyght put the dead body of the bunny down and looked confused as it flopped to his side. "Sleeping. Bye Bunny." Nyght picked up the dead body as he took it away and the returned to his previous place and waited.

If it was in his nature, Marluxia would’ve been in a coma by beating his head off a wall. Lucky, he was much more level headed than that. Somehow, just somehow, Xigbar had set him up for a blind date. Seriously, what higher power could’ve set this up? Only Xigbar would come up with a way to torment him. Nevertheless, Marluxia considered his personality like a gentleman and wouldn’t stand up some date. Even if his blind date wasn’t to his suiting. He rounded the corner with ease, brushing down his attire. First appearances meant everything, and the Graceful Assassin wasn’t about to let his reputation down. After all, he took pride in the way he look.
Allowing a hand to flip back his pink, fluffy, hair the assassin mused on what his ‘date’ was like. Knowing his luck, Xigbar would’ve sent him up with a male – just so he could later on crack uncanny jokes. Marluxia let out an agitated sigh, seeing as he could only imagine how much Xigbar paid them to do this. Perhaps he could outbid the ‘date’ and then get on with his life.
He raised his right hand, holding a single yellow rose between his fingers. He simply inhaled and considered that he figured he’d play the part. After all, the rose he chose did not threaten him at all. A yellow rose could mean many things; but he’d keep it with the simple symbolism of ‘friendship’. Sad to say the assassin would be a hypocrite due to him not really wanting to know the new person. Even so, it wouldn’t stop him – for all he knew, he lucked out and got someone in power.
Marluxia’s thoughts were ‘crushed’ at the site of the blue hair. Even though he couldn’t place it, he just knew this male was his ‘blind date’. Xigbar. You better have an explanation for this later on. This male, venturing about and murmuring to himself had Marluxia questioning. He shook his head one last time before he spoke up, voice drained of emotion;
”You expecting a ‘date’ to appear?”

Nyght looked at the man, tilting his head, curiosity in his one eye. Nyght didn't response right away - merely stared at him. "Yes. Nyght not know. The date. Time? Guy? Girl? Fruit? Not sure." The man's primitive speak soon gave away that he was either scattered-brained, crazy, stupid, or insane. Nyght stared at the rose in the man's hand curiously.
"Red and yellow. Kill a fellow. Red and black. Good for Jack." Yeah, Nyght proved he was a little insane. "Greet you. Name. Nyght. Nyght name. Name? No name?" Nyght tilted his head, going from the rose to the man in front of him. "I have fur on. Um. Hand. Yes....no. Hand, yes. Can't hold rose."
Nyght showed his hands to Marluxia. It was covered in blood and fur. Perhaps Marluxia did luck out - a man such as the one he had could easily be manipulated, but it could backfire on him. Nyght didn't show any signs of intelligence, nor even the sanity a normal person was. Nyght tilted his head, wondering when the other would speak. "No tongue?"

”I assure you, if you’re looking for your ‘date’…then I’m meant to be your company.” his words were smooth as silk, yet held no meaning to them. He couldn’t help but to be intrigued by this Nyght. His speech would’ve had his former partner – Larxene – hollowing with so many insults. Along with her siren-like cackling would fill the air. Honestly, where was she to miss such a golden opportunity?
The male spoke, mentioning his name within it. Though it took a matter of minutes for Marluxia to catch it, he chuckled through his respsonse,”Nyght is your name? My name is Marluxia. A… ‘pleasure’ to meet you.” Somehow, it just didn’t fit right to stating it’s a pleasure with a figure that could only usher fragmented answers. Oh, this would end up as one interesting date.
”Oh~? So I see you’ve got white fur all on your palms.” the assassin could only imagine what the creature had to go through. This boy could be manipulated, Marluxia mused, but it would be such a hassle too keep him out of my hair. In truth, it would be. One like Nyght would be one hell of a challenge to keep quiets. The man lacked the intelligence to be able to keep a secret. Like a child, Nyght wouldn’t know the problems he could cause in future references.
”You don’t have to hold the rose, if you do not want.” came a cool reply. With his free hand, the assassin ran a hand through coral strands. Smoothly he continued,”I assure you I also have a tongue. Now then, for this ‘date’…perhaps we can figure out something we can both stand. Or – perhaps – I could talk you out of this ‘date’ that Xigbar set up. He did bait you into this, no?” With any luck, this Nyght could be just playing an act. Yet, Marluxia knew his luck wasn’t possible…seeing as the other’s golden pools flashed with no grasp on reality. I’m beginning to think that, for once in his life, Xigbar didn’t scheme this up…

Nyght was somewhat intelligent - he just had the whole insanity thing going on. It wasn't his fault, partly. But what did it matter? Nyght tilted his head, almost as if he wasn't registering anything Marluxia was saying. "Marluxia." He said the name as if he was trying to remember it, as if not saying it would cause him to forget.
But, as the harsh night never forgets, never does Nyght. "Bunny. He sleeps though. Goodnight, bunny." The bunny was still sticking out, for he didn't place it far from him and not completely out of sight. The poor, small creature with no head as just a sad, lump of fur. Nyght tilted his head. "Xigbar, no. Zexion, no. Marluxia, no. Nyght not remember how happened."
He mentioned a name that Marluxia couldn't have forgotten, and a name Marluxia never said. Did Nyght somehow link Marluxia to Zexion somehow? "Nyght notice X. X marks spot. X uncommon. Xgibar X. Marluxia X. Zexion X." Nyght tilted his head again, grinning. "Illusions. Gave me bunny."

Marluxia gave a discreet nod at his name,”Yes, Marluxia. You’ve gotten my name down, that’s good.” Nyght began to murmur about a bunny, as the assassin began to question to what that was about. Unless, the assassin let out a chuckle,”Was the rabbit supposed to be my surprise? Much like this rose was meant to be yours? If so, then that is alright – the rabbit, odds are, deserves its rest and shouldn’t be disturbed.” Judging by his hands…I would assume the rabbit is no more. Not that it would faze him, after all, what use would he have for a meaningless rabbit?
Marluxia gave a pleased hum after hearing more of Nyght’s ramblings. So Xigbar – for once in his life – wasn’t behind this whole set up. That was good (for Xigbar). However, the mentioning of a certain short nobody was new. Though he knew Zexion was alive – it was still new to see the bookworm actually conversed with other beings. So Zexion was making new friends now? Was this the type of person that drew the cloaked schemer’s attention? If so then what would be the attraction? A simple shake of his head left Marluxia forgetting about his thoughts.
”Why, yes, I am an acquaintance of Zexion, if that is what you are insisting upon.” the assassin made several advances away from Nyght. His mind beginning to wonder to the days of Castle Oblivion – and what had happened to the other Organization members? He knew in the pit of his stomach Vexen was dead, or at least should be dead. Xigbar was alive and kicking (sometimes Marluxia debated if that was a good thing or not). Of course Zexion was around – but what about Larxene? If he faded and came back, then where was she? ”In fact, Zexion knows both myself and Xigbar. How is it that you know him, might I ask?”
Once more his pink hair danced with a shake of his head. Was he seriously asking that question? Did it really matter to him or not? Perhaps the assassin was in the mood for a light conversation – yeah, that had to be it. Turning his gaze to the blue haired male, Marluxia spoke.”Well, would you prefer to eat - or just stroll about aimlessly - while we continue to converse?” If you have anything more interesting to state.

Nyght nodded. His eyes flashed an unknown emotion, but it wasn't threatening. Or, at least, anything Marluxia should be concerned about. Nyght blinked when he said he was acquaintances with Zexion. Nyght's rational mind, or what was left of it, only held two questions. Did Marluxia not like Zexion or didn't like to use the term friends? Nyght didn't care either way.
Nyght didn't know Xigbar, so his name didn't matter to him much. "Catching bunny. House. Books everywhere." Yes, it did mean he was in a house full of books trying to catch a bunny. Nyght could tell slight emotions coming from Marluxia - no, that wasn't it. The wavelength of darkness would be more of a precise answer.
However, Nyght was smart enough not to give away - yet - that he was more intelligent than he let on. "Eating fine." He did have a small snack before he came here, but he would like some food too. After all, a rabbit's skull doesn't suffice. Ever wondered what happened to the rabbit's skull in the first place? It was a question no one wanted to know.
