He'd been wandering aimlessly in search for his brothers the moment the Lifestream allowed him back. They weren't meant to be separated, they weren't created to be. It felt strange and empty, Yazoo realized the longer he was left alone, and he was only encouraged further to find them soon. The dark, tall figure continued through the rubble and ruins left of the city until he spotted the peculiar landmark of the ShinRa Headquarters. Yazoo changed direction and once he spotted the outskirts of a nearby area, with reconstructed buildings and people, the remnant hurried toward the streets. Perhaps his brothers were there too?
He found himself wandering into a small, abandoned building. The only light source was coming through the cracks and open windows, from the daylight of outside, and he glanced around with careful eyes. Something felt off, or possibly... right. It was an oddly familiar sensation that pulsated through him and made him completely on-guard. "Who is there?" His voice was hollow, emotionless. The pupils of Yazoo's eyes shifted to slits when he took a step ahead, the light from above shining onto his features, but he continued further into the building toward the darkness.

He had been napping, to say the least. Though it was not comfortable, Kadaj didn’t have a care. As the rays beamed on his head, the teen stifled a yawn as arms stretched outward. A rumbling had come from his stomach, making the remnant pause in his actions. Kadaj released a grumble, crawling on his fours to see if he had anything left over to eat. Once more, the child released a moan when nothing was left. He had plans, to search for his brothers instead of swiping another meal. Again, Kadaj muttered unpleasant complaints as he reached for Souba.
Crouching, the teen continued his endless whining; he rubbed at his head, ruffling his silver locks. Releasing another yawn, the teen had made up his mind. Quickly find something and continue his search. Kadaj was ready to stretch his legs when he paused. Something lingered near, something all too familiar too him. Fingers grasped the hilt of the double bladed weapon, as Kadaj fell silent awaiting any signs of someone advancing.
”Who is there?”
The youth had perked; enhanced senses had all but begun to kick in. He rose, out of his feline like crouch, keeping low as he advanced. Kadaj could place that hollow, haunting, voice which had lingered in the air. Yet just recently the teen had become cautious, as he brushed a hand to his (now bruised) cheek at the reminder. Caution would not last long for Kadaj’s nature would never allow it. Rounding a remaining wall, within the small structure, the kitten kept weight on his toes.
Pupils adjusted with the sun’s rays, as the teen let his mouth gape open. Unless he was finally giving into hallucinations, there stood one of his brothers. The silky, silver, hair cascaded down to his shoulder blades. Silver locks swayed with each movement, resembling an all too familiar ex-SOLDIER. Unlike Loz, Yazoo had the graceful, silent but deadly, sway that others just couldn’t mimic. As the fellow remnant advanced, Kadaj instinctively knew he couldn’t keep hidden. Yazoo, Kadaj would assume, had a similar sensation coursing through his veins – already knowing someone similar to him was near.
The smaller stature remnant had finally straightened, ”Brother!” A light holler, knowing his brother disliked loud noises, to grab the other’s attention. He hesitated for a moment, knowing full well he never had to worry – but startling Yazoo was a mistake; mainly with Velvet Nightmare by his side. Kadaj had finally rounded the wall, giving a brief nod. ”Yazoo!”
The smaller teen closed the remaining distance between them. ”I knew it! It was you! I knew Mother wouldn’t have left me here alone!” The voice was all too quick, as he stumbled over his words. To Kadaj, it took every ounce of willpower not to hug his brother right then and there. As he was once their leader, he had begun to believe he couldn’t show much affection. Cat slit pupils darted about the room, hardly hiding excitement anymore.”Where is he, huh!? Is he here too?!” Impatient as always, the teen let his arms flail out – hardly giving the taller remnant time to respond. ”Well, is Loz here?!” ________________________________________________ (Hope it's alright~)
